Delete Your Account
You can do this from here whether or not TraceSpark is still installed on a phone. It is permanent.
What deleting removes
Deleting permanently removes your account and everything in it: your Traces, your Sparks, and your review history. It also removes your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be signed in to, and your place on the waitlist if you were on it.
This cannot be undone. There is no grace period, no archive, and no way for us to restore any of it afterwards. Signing up again later gives you a new, empty account.
What it does not remove
The copy on a phone that still has the app. Most of your library lives on your device rather than on our servers, and a web page cannot reach it. Delete the app, or use Delete Account inside the app instead, which does both at once.
Usage analytics. The anonymous product analytics described in our privacy policy are held separately and are not covered by this page. Email hello@tracespark.app to have those removed too.
How it works
Enter the email address on your account. We send a one-time sign-in link to it, and following that link is what proves the account is yours. You then get one confirmation step, and the deletion runs immediately. No account of any kind is needed to read this page.
If you cannot use the link
If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, write to hello@tracespark.app and tell us which address the account uses. We will need to establish that it is yours before we delete anything.
